Happy Explorers nutrition is founded on a fresh, local philosophy, building children with healthy bodies and minds. In support of this vision, we have partnered with local Chef Adam Brenner to prepare entrees for our explorers.

Chef Adam Brenner is classically trained in French cuisine with over 10 years of experience in 4 star hotels and has 4 years of experience as Head Chef. Chef Adam currently operates his own catering business, while running his store front “The Garden Stand” in New Hamburg. His fresh produce, meals-to-go, salsas, relishes, and pickles continue to be a hit and can be purchased at numerous local shops as well as from “The Garden Stand”.

Blueprint nutrition: Rosanne Robinson, rd

Our menus are always reviewed & approved by Registered Dietitian Rosanne Robinson of Blueprint Nutrition.

Rosanne is the co-owner of Blueprint Nutrition, a private practice with a dual specialization in Child & Family Nutrition and Sports Nutrition that serves clients virtually across Canada through 1:1 counselling and online programs. Rosanne specializes in pediatric and adolescent nutrition, helping parents with selective (picky) eaters move past food battles, and raise happy, healthy and intuitive eaters. In addition to her work as a clinician, Rosanne provides support to daycares through menu development and staff training. She is also a professional speaker, blogger and media spokesperson.
