Thank you for considering Happy Explorers Learning Academy to be your partner in child development.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality learning environment while ensuring reasonable fees are extended to our families.
Happy Explorers has been approved to join the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program. Child care fees for children will be reduced using a phased approach until fees reach an average of $10 per day. As of January 1, 2025, fees will be reduced to $22 per day. Fees will continue to reduce moving forward; future deadlines will be provided as they are confirmed and fees will be updated accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE:
Administration Fees: an enrolment deposit of $250 is required. In the case that your explorer is graduating, the deposit will be used towards their final invoice at Happy Explorers. This deposit is refundable with 30 days’ written notice and will be returned via e-transfer should you be departing from Happy Explorers prior to graduation.
*January 1, 2025 fees reflect the CWELCC reduction of $22 per day.
Fees are calculated on a daily basis and are charged based on days scheduled for care.
Programs are available to parents on a full-time basis with a set recurring schedule.
Happy Explorers does not issue credits for sick days, vacation days, or any unexpected centre closures.
Happy Explorers Learning Academy reserves the right to make changes to these fees at their discretion. Notice of 30 days will be given informing parents of any changes.

A waitlist is in place for families interested in part-time care. We will do our best to match part-time families together to fill a full-time space. Please note, priority will be given to full-time explorers.

To confirm enrolment, Happy Explorers requires an enrollment deposit as outlined in the fee chart above. The enrollment deposit is used against your explorer’s final invoice at Happy Explorers.
